Terms, Conditions, & Rates

Ingredients The freshest ingredients are used in our recipes. Please ask us about healthier versions of our cupcakes!
Orders A minimum of one dozen cupcakes or two dozen mini cupcakes is required.

Cupcakes can be ordered with *standard icing on cake in various flavors or combinations, and/or **custom made cupcakes with special embellishments (rates vary). We are open to all of your ideas! For scheduling purposes please place all larger volume orders 2 weeks prior to the event. Smaller volume orders can be accommodated with at least 48 hours advanced notice.
Packaging Cupcakes are packaged carefully in boxes with inserts that hold each cupcake individually in place (included). If you are in need of cupcake ‘favors’, we can box each cupcake individually decorated with ribbon (extra fee). If you are gifting your cupcakes, please inquire about special packaging (extra fee).
Delivery Cupcakes are made-to-order and are only available for delivery. Minimum delivery charge of $10.00 for San Diego area. (Dependent upon distance and volume of order.) Shipping options coming soon!
Payment We accept payments in the form of cash or credit. Sorry, no personal checks. Upon placement of an order, an invoice and confirmation will be sent via email. An order is not confirmed until you receive the ‘Invoice/Confirmation” email. Once a reply is sent back regarding the receipt of the “Invoice/Confirmation” email, the confirmation process is complete and the order will be expedited. By replying to the “Invoice/Confirmation” email, you are agreeing to all the terms of the order.
Changes or Cancellations Any changes to an order must be made at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Changes will result in an adjustment of your balance due. A new invoice will be sent via email reflecting all changes and new balance.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or earlier, prior to the date of delivery. A deposit may be required based upon volume (20% of balance due, paid via credit card online or over the phone). Deposit is returned if cancellation is made 48 hours or sooner, prior to date of delivery. Deposit is not returned if cancellation is made less than 48 hours or earlier, prior to date of delivery.
